Church family,
On this sacred night, we gather as a community of faith to celebrate the miraculous birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ. As we light our candles and fill our hearts with joy, let us thank God for the gift of His Son, Jesus, who brings hope, peace, love, and salvation to our lives and to the world.
Lord, may the light of Christ shine brightly in our hearts and in our church. Help us to share this light with those around us, especially those who are lost, lonely, or in need. As we reflect on Jesus' humble beginnings in Bethlehem, remind us of the importance of humility, compassion, and service to others.
THE EMBRACE CHRISTMAS OFFERING
We will take a special offering during our service to support Embrace Kids A Place For Healing.
Embrace Alabama Kids and Embrace Florida Kids began over 130 years ago as an orphanage. Today, they are one of the state’s most comprehensive and vital resources serving babies, children, youth, teen mothers, college students, and families.
The Embrace Christmas campaign is the foundation for the support to fulfill their mission statement: In response to God’s Word, we embrace and nurture vulnerable children and families by providing homes, healing, and hope.
Pastor’s Prayer For This Evening
We pray for our church family, that we may grow in unity and love, supporting one another in faith and fellowship. May our worship tonight deepen our relationship with You and inspire us to live out Your love in our daily lives.
As we celebrate this holy night, let us remember those who are struggling, whether in body, mind, or spirit. May Your peace envelop them, and may we be instruments of Your grace and mercy.
Thank You, Lord, for the hope we have in Christ. May we carry this hope into the world, sharing the good news of His birth with all we meet.
