Part-Time Youth Assistant

Are you passionate about working with young people and helping them grow in their faith? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Youth Assistant to join our vibrant church community. This part-time role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our youth.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in planning and implementing engaging youth programs and activities.
    • Provide mentorship and support to youth members, fostering their spiritual growth.
    • Collaborate with church staff and volunteers to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
    • Help organize events, retreats, and community service projects.
    • Communicate regularly with youth and their families to encourage participation and involvement.

 

Qualifications:

    • A strong commitment to the mission and values of our church.
    • Experience working with youth in a church or community setting is preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
    • A background in youth ministry or related fields is a plus.
