Red Bird Mission

For more than 100 years, Red Bird Mission has served the people of southeastern Kentucky, bringing hope and practical support to families living in the rural Appalachian mountains. Through ministries focused on education, health care, housing, economic opportunity, and community outreach, Red Bird seeks to meet both immediate needs and long-term challenges with the love of Christ.

During the Christmas season, Red Bird’s Holiday Giving Program provides Christmas assistance to more than 1,000 low-income families. Gifts and essential items help make Christmas brighter for children and families who may otherwise struggle to celebrate the season. The program also provides fruit baskets for elderly members of the community.

Our Christmas offering will support Red Bird Mission’s Holiday Giving Program and help bring the joy, hope, and love of Christ to families in Appalachia Kentucky this Christmas.
